We provide hospitalization for all medical and surgical patients; however, for critical cases we encourage transfer to the Veterinary Emergency Treatment Service and Specialty (VETSS) in Charlottesville for overnight, weekend, or holiday care. If you do have an emergency after hours, we have a doctor available on call until 10PM for a telephone consultation. After 10PM, please call VETSS at (434) 973-3519
